台糖公司循環經濟系列論壇
循環建築在營建產業的實踐
Building industry within the Circular Economy framework: a step towards realisation
台糖公司自2017年6月起，以循環經濟系列論談引起國內產、官、學界對循環經濟理念應用於各產業之重視與回響。在營建主題上，台糖公司土地開發處繼「循環建築」、「木構造」、「租賃住宅」及「建築物預鑄及模組化工法」等議題之後，本次將聚焦於「循環建築在營建產業之實踐」為議題，邀請國內外具「規畫設計」、「專案推動」及「財務管理」等專業背景之產、官、學專業人士與會分享專業經驗及研究成果，並希望藉由發表台糖公司「沙崙智慧綠能循環住宅園區」新建工程之推動成果為藍本，探討循環建築在營建產業鏈合作的機會與課題。
As a leading advocacy for Circular Economy, Taiwan Sugar Corporation has committed relentless effort for the realisation of Circular Economy in wide array of disciplines. Since the year 2017, Taiwan Sugar Corporation initiates the “Circular Economy symposium series” to instigate the social and political awareness of Circular Economy ideology in the country. With the inception of Taiwan Sugar Circular Village Project underway, this year, we are delighted to introduce an international symposium titled “Built environment within the Circular Economy frame work: a step towards realization”. A combined panel of academia and practitioner will bring on board wealth of experience in design, construction and finance to investigate future opportunity and current challenge from the practice of circulatory oriented design to the collaborative characteristic of the industry in a circular building project.

永續建築設計工學研究室 (SBED Lab: Sustainable Building Engineering for Design) 主持人，主要針對永續建築相關之建築環境控制議題進行研究，並持續努力將研究成果應用至建築設計實務，提出符合在地特質並結合環控專業考量的設計建議。
主要研究課題包含室內環境品質、建築與綠能科技、居住環境健康、自然通風、綠色建材、建築聲學，以及環控科技應用等議題。研究方法以現場實測、實驗室量測與數值模擬等量化評估為主。

José Atienza is a Director at William McDonough + Partners (WM+P), a renowned architecture and community design practice led by founder William McDonough, co-author with Michael Braungart of the influential book, Cradle to Cradle: Remaking the Way We Make Things. As leaders in the development and implementation of Cradle to Cradle® practices in the built environment, WM+P has designed ambitious pioneering projects that aim to advance the transition from the traditional linear economy of take-make-waste towards a circular economy of endless and abundant resources through principled innovative design inspired by nature. Mr. Atienza’s presentation will explore value creation through tangible examples of their built work throughout the world that demonstrate positive, regenerative and beneficial effects on businesses, communities and human and environmental health and well-being. The foundational principles brought to each project derive from a vision of a delightfully diverse, safe, healthy and just world – with clean air, soil, water and power – economically, equitably, ecologically and elegantly enjoyed.

劉韋君博士畢業於英國牛津大學化學系，畢業論文主要研究醣蛋白、生物化學合成與細菌群聚感應的溝通分子機制。畢業後即加入中研院農業生物科技中心徐麗芬老師的研究室擔任博士後研究員，主要研究工業用酵素及其應用。之後便轉往台糖研究所工程組擔任研究員，研究興趣包括工業用酵素、綠色化學、生物復育與功能性食品。目前調任台糖公司總管理處循環經濟小組，主要規劃公司內部循環經濟相關項目。
